Client Preview - Branding Your Proposal Page

When your client is being bombarded by proposals by different sellers, it can be hard to set yourself apart. Proposify makes it easy for you to really make your proposal stand out with our customization options, both in the editor, and with your proposal preview settings. You can tweak these settings to really show your client your personal touch in this proposal, or if you’re feeling generous use your client’s branding to show how it’s all about them!

To add a logo to your proposal, go to the proposal’s preview page. You can reach the proposal preview by clicking “preview” from the proposal’s snapshot page:

From the preview page, click the “show preview settings” button at the top right of the page:

Click “display” to expand the display options:

Then click and drag a logo from your desktop into the proposal to add to your proposal:

For logos, we accept JPEGs, PNGs and GIFs, provided their size is a max 1000x1000 pixels so be creative!

Add branded colour

Our standard grey-white colours are awesome for making your proposal pop on the page. You may want something a bit more "you", though. You can update the colours of your proposal previews with a few clicks.

To update the background colour of your proposal, go to the proposal’s preview page. You can reach the proposal preview by clicking “preview” from the proposal’s snapshot page:

From the preview page, click the “show preview settings” button at the top right of the page:

Click “display” to expand the display options:

From the display settings, click the fill box next to “set colour” to choose a new colour for your background:

We’ll handle the text colour so you don’t have to worry too much about contrast.

Set A Custom Domain

This process is a bit more involved. Our resident “domainiac” has written a stellar article on how to set up a custom domain here. Give it a look!
